A great book to read, covers Adler's psychology in a great way, loved the examples used to explain principles. The classic dialogue format and short chapters make it easier for people like me who doesn't feel like reading a lot. Although the author's stand on etiology seems a little rigid but overall it's a good book to learn increase self-awareness. One possible change you will see in yourself after reading this book would be how you see conversations, tasks and people near you.
