A haunting tale. Beautifully written. This story will follow me for the rest of my life. Every time I hear the word Aleppo or reference to the war in Syria my soul will respond to whoever is listening that they should read this book. My style of writing will always be mine but may it one day do to others what this story continues to do to me.
