I really enjoyed it. I loved the animated series and I disagree with alot of the 1 star reviews. I think although more condensed and some of the story lines mixed in, in a weird sequence, I think that it turned out really good. The casting was very good as well. Uncle iroh is great as usual. I am disappointed however that they made bumi aggressive but aside from that I think the story is quite close. The special affects are really cool and I'm so glad they did the monsters and the spirits. I am looking forward to season 2. 😄

Ricky Gervais always delivers. He touches on controversial topics but he always does. Like he says in the special.. its a joke. They are all jokes. I think people like to take offense. We have to laugh at the horrible moments and horrible topics because otherwise we will get sucked into a depressing time when someone opens their mouth anytime. If you take offense to the topics he talks about.. maybe don't watch it.
