James Gunn is a genius and a true visionary. He is the creator of magical worlds filled with intense violence and action, refreshing warm hearted humor, and always a great cast. That being said...Man of Steel was a nice start for D.C. but after that the D.C. films were full of sub par writing and poor special effects. Wonder Woman provided some hope for the franchise. Then along comes Zack Snyder's reboot....and that re-established that the most valuable person in film making is the guy behind the camera. Zack Snyder's reboot of the Justice League was an amazing movie and a night and day difference from the original. With James Gunn's shift from Marvel, Gunn has brought over everything that has been missing in the D.C. franchise.
