I was so excited to watch this movie because I love Halle Berry and Mark, like come on... But the story really sucked, there was no originality. I debated about whether this was worse or that Lift movie with Kevin Hart. It was like they recycled the same story. They tried really hard to make it funny, but it was not funny at all and a lot of things were not explained, like there was a boat coming towards Halle's husband and then after he got shot, the boat just turned around, we are not even told who it was. Like it was just it. It was really awkward. I didn't understand why they would get a nobody to get the intel and then the nobody ends up telling everyone that he is Mike, like what??? LOL. And I knew Halle's husband was the killer from the beginning, it was too obvious. I saw the director said they will make a two and three. They really shouldn't. Netflix must just make Behind Her Eyes.

Not sure why everyone is complaining about Meghan, she did a good job of telling this story. Plus, she is not the scriptwriter. You could hear the joy and sadness in the storytelling. I loved and enjoyed how she did it. At some point I thought it was Nicole Kidman. In terms of education, I think from the target audience (kids) they will enjoy this. It is cute. There isn't anything new to learn. You will certainly get information about why these elephants do what they do, what happens to bull elephants, how much they eat, the role of the matriarch, just the basic stuff. In terms of the storyline, I love elephants, I would watch anything with elephants. This was different, there was excitement, fun, drama and sadness (unexpected) but sad. It was amazing to follow them on this journey.
