The games Installation Manager for installing updates constantly restarts the download. There are a variety of tricks people try to get this working but none of them work well. I have about 40 hours logged on Steam as having played this game, but I've only been able to play it maybe 10 hours of that time. At this point I'm just giving up on it, its completely unplayable.
