I went into this game hopeful but cautious. It's hard as a long time bioware fan to play their most recent games with an open mind but I did my best. The experience is just... "alright". The story is "alright" (which is a terrible thing to say about a bioware game), the gameplay is fun for about 5 hours then it turns to being "alright", the combat is "alright", the character design is "alright", the world is "alright".... it's just "alright". It's a game that is mediocre on all fronts and excels at nothing. It's not terrible, just not great.
