I watched Mr. Sackur's interview this week with the anti-abortionist from the Susan B. Anthony organization. While the choice of topic was very relevant, the calibre of this respondent was exceptionally poor, and well below the usual high standard of discussion I've come to expect on this program. This was not the fault of the interviewer; despite Mr. Sakur's continued efforts to have a fact based discussion, the respondent refused to acknowledge any data or realities of this issue, providing only blanket denials and outright false information. My sympathies to Mr. Sackur; it must have been like trying to have a conversation with a squirrel. Suggest the programmers put more effort toward finding interviewees worthy of Mr. Sackur's talents, and the audience's intelligence.
