Best.Movie.Book.Ever.
As a kid who spent lots of time alone watching many of these 1999 films years after 1999, Brian Raferty is a godsend. I've been able to put my feelings and the contexts of these films in a time and place. It almost feels like I am part of a community. His book is so well researched and his interviews are so authentic, that I've been inspired to revisit many of these films and pursue my own creative projects.
