A faithful adaptation of Geoff Johns' recent comic book reboot with good pacing, and well-cast especially Mark Strong as a terrifyingly driven Sivana. This and Aquaman are the direction DC should have gone with from the beginning, fun action movies without pretense to appealing to cynics.
