The story I've been fantasizing about but never had into words and into an action plan, is this book. The FIRST book that actually helped me know my damn tools before going to the war, boys. Creating a positively reinforcing spiral where EVERYONE is your customer. It's like that. Got me going; this is my second-last book before I launch my agency (Volume II exists). I will HAVE to add more value than him in both what he does and what he is, he has set the standards too high.
I didn't even want to upvote and review it but decided that zero sum game is somthing I'd expect from insecure folks.
