WOW. Inside out was already an amazing movie, and I thought a sequel to it would not be the best option, but wow, the second movie really was life changing. Someone with very bad anxiety, and letting it take over my life, and seeing it happen to Riley makes me really realize how bad anxiety can get and how your emotions can get the best of you. It was an amazing example of how you shouldn't let your emotions get the best of you. The anxiety attack, I really related to it, and a lot of people probably do too. Such a great movie.
