Not funny, well, unless you count waiting for a familiar punch line about his wife or the phrase 'jagshemash' as hilarity.
Overall the film is a thinly veiled dig at Conservative America done in a played out manner. The reliance on anti semitism to raise a laugh is concerning, if a little played out.
Watch it but don't expect anything like the first, I'm glad it was raining outside and I had no other options.
