The overall progression of the story is smooth, direct, and is not over complicated. The leads have great chemistry, and the way they casually depict dom-sub relationships is really refreshing to see as it is often sensationalized on many different forms of media. Overall, it doesn't really attempt have a strong, powerful message or even a goal of using this movie as a way to break stereotypes or stigmas surrounding BDSM and those people who are into it. This is an adaptation of a comic, so it's simply a fun and light watch!
