I agree with some parts of Gabriel's review, then it devolved into a rant about his own insecurity.

a movie made by greta, who used to be a mistress herself. not really a girl's girl film like everyone thinks it is. fun but not revolutionary or deep.

An insufferable main character. The antogonists are great, Todd and Amanda are meh, while Tina and Hobbs are amazing. Good writing but I cannot tolerate Dirk. The humor wears down after a while and you are left braindead by the end of the series.

nice show. binged it in one sitting. still a bit miffed about the ending.

Not a fan of the animation. Also, why even bother jailbreaking robots? What's the point of bringing more sentience into the world? To stroke your own ego and feel like what? World is elongated muskrat's wet dream with the neuralink mindspeak, teslas, etc on Mars while all the poor people are on Earth. AI robots has a singularity. A corporation gets to sell & profit on their new product. Humans stay the same, vegetating, on two planets. The AI robots won.

Great costume design, great set design. That's about it. The adaptation isnt good because the source material isn't that good either.

i didnt finish when the girls head splitted then a retro lightshow began. what a waste of time.

I'm pretty sure the book can't be translated by the bible onto screen. As far as I'm concerned, I actually liked this adaptation inspired by the book. First ep is a bit of a hard ride, but it picks up at ep 2 & keeps it up till ep 8. Edit: 2nd rewatch and I really like it better than the books. The book is great tho but I only read the 1st one. Will pick up the 2nd cause I can't wait for Netflix's 2nd season.

At least I didn't waste money watching it in cinemas, but I still wasted my time watching it at home. Tried too hard.

One of my fave action movies. Brutal fight scenes that wont let you breathe.
