Sadly, Mulan 2020 was not very good. It was disappointing to be more accurate. The new Mulan took away all the humor from the original version and was a bit too serious which was not needed. The lack of actions in the final fights between the "girl who saves the dynasty vs the evil ruthless antagonist", the passionless story line really made this movie very undramatic and lack of quality from the original movie that showed love, compassion, and heartwarming moments. With such many talented casts played in this movie, the lack of martial art displayed by Donnie Yen and Jet Li really made this movie a very disappointing to watch.
