I found this movie to be a ride that moves from 100% to 50%, then blasting to 150%. It brings better material and actually addresses things the book covered and were not included in the original. I could see how people will love or hate this movie, but if you like good story telling and are happy with the possibility of new twists on a decent classic - then you will be pleased.
