This book is perfect if you're looking for practical solutions to getting something(s) done. The author does an incredible job of uplifting readers to realize their true potential through easily[seemingly] obtainable goals. The steps to achieving goals that she outlines are in easily digestible because she encourages readers to use tools that we already possess.
The writer does not cut corners as it relates to her brutally honest gut-wrenching experiences along with other attesters of similar challenges.
The aspect I enjoyed most about this book is that the writer's vulnerability. The writer exposes herself in such a way that makes the reader understand that we all share similar struggles and are capable of overcoming them. There's truly no excuses in this book...
I would most certainly recommend the book if you're looking to start a goal, finish a current goal, be more accountable, and or become more aware of the value of time.
