Started off true to books and storyline and character developments aligned but in season 6/7 and 8 it all went wrong. Directors are not good writers and even the tv show writers are not good story writers (hence why all books and comics are been turned into movies and shows- no imagination of directors or so called tv show script people) they just could not grasp the Character developments and so the later seasons were absolutely shit with the character developments and storylines been screwed up and not aligning. It ended with two main characters the mother of th dragons been made out as the baddie and neither main characters got a good ending. Pointless and stupid ending. Would not recommend shows like this where writer has not even completed his books.
