This is not your father's Star Trek: The Next Generation. Neither is it your grandfather's Star Trek the Original Series. Patrick Stewart plays a 79-year-old retired admiral quite well. The shining star of this show is his dog, Number One, who can understand 2 languages. As for the story... Meh. There isn't any character who I care to get involved with or want to see more of. The show is void of humor and trudges over a plot that seems strained at best. I'm glad I got to watch the few episodes released at a friend's house because like Star Trek Discovery, this does not make me want to subscribe to the service.

Right from the beginning childish humor rears its ugly head and with the cast it has it can only get worse.

The only redeeming part of this awful mess is Monica Keena in wet clothing and her nips pointing out.

Each episodes finds it necessary to repeat itself in order to make it last longer. The entire premise is too far fetched.

The highly commendable results are achieved with a minimum of satiric hokum and a maximum of honest story telling.

A show that actually made me laugh out loud.

Ruined a perfectly good cartoon franchise by turning it into a sappy musical.

Unmemorable time travel movie. I wonder what could possibly go wrong.

Extremely funny and original. A welcome treat.

Ho hum. More of the same old, same old. Now there's an African-American female in charge because... you know... its the politically correct thing to do. Then the 1st episode has to have the dramatic, last minute appearance of William Petersen who is the main reason everyone is flocking to see this "new" version of the old show.
