Overall the information presented and recipes given are good for a beginner just introduced to the Endomorph body type. What I'm surprised to see is how many spelling errors, incomplete lines and sentence mix ups there are throughout the book. For example, on page 127 where a lasagna recipe is given, one of the ingredients is "4 tbsps unenriched rick milk". I tend to use my common sense, so I imagine it should have read rice milk even though it isn't mentioned anywhere in the preparation instructions. In Chapter 9 where the 28 Day meal plan section is located, the lists are incomplete (i.e. Day 2 Breakfast reads "Cottage cheese, cinnamon and sliced" Sliced what exactly?) Honestly, proofreading was not this author's strong suit.
