This book has a good premise. I, too, was raised by an aunt. The more I got into the book the less I liked it. The crude sex scenes sickened me. Anyone who has been abused will shudder. They seemed almost violent to me - verging on things that a rape victim might report. Also, if you took the f word out of the book it would be about thirty pages shorter. I usually pass my books on but this one will be thrown away. That's nineteen dollars I'll never get back.
