There where a lot of expectations for this movie, but it didn’t seem to care about any of it. It wanted to be a horror movie in the MCU, and by god, it does not work. It lacks any sense of cohesion, the pacing was jittering between too fast and too slow, and the multiverse was a concept of which this film knew frighteningly little. It did a disservice to Scarlet Witch, and robbed us of more potential from her character, or multiversal counterparts used for something other than unglorified cameos. I wanted to love this movie Sam Rami, but this movie showed a lack of understanding for superhero movies as a whole, modern or classic. It was well acted tho. Looked nice. Shots were imaginative, but the story was atrocious.
