I absolutely love this game, but I'll explain why it's a 1 star. My husband and I have been playing together every single day for months, it's how we bond, along with dates and cuddle time. However, while I was at work one day, I get a message from him saying that he was permanently banned from his account for absolutely no reason at all. He went AFK to feed out cats and ended up laying down and accidentally falling asleep. When he came back, he got a ban notification. The person he talked to couldn't give him a reason as to why he was banned and made no attempt to fix THEIR mistake. Now my husband and I cannot enjoy this game together anymore.
