Barbie was disappointing. I was hoping for a strong power couple with all the hype between Margo and Ryan pre release. Instead we get Barbie’s who treat their Ken’s worse than a dog. I would have much rather seen a supportive couple, promoting healthy relationships, than Ken being strung along. The storyline also made zero sense. They should have just made it about Barbie becoming human instead of zig zagging all over the place.
