Spoilers ahead. Yes, it was a pretty good show, and I'm likely to watch follow up episodes. There were a few bad moments during the episode, and they boiled down to hard-to-believe writing decisions. The worst was when Superman's son kissed the girl and the jealous boyfriend showed up. If he's that violently jealous, where was he the whole time she was off in the corner doing the one-on-one confessional with curly? Not believable. The other moment was the weird reaction of the kids upon finding out that their father is Superman. Plausible reactions could have been shock or a feeling of being overwhelmed. Dawning understanding would have made sense too. But, the weird anger didn't make any sense to me at all. I was also a bit shocked at Lois. She wasn't ugly, just very plain. I warmed up to her pretty quickly though, and her acting was fine. Can't give it 5 stars though. I am glad that Superman is very human and approachable like any other Kansas kid would be. Better than other Superman movies have been.
