This is the worst company out there. Typically I only write good reviews , I have worked customer service in a hotel, I understand , but this is ridiculous and a monopoly.
We had to wait two weeks for an appointment.. ok fine , it is what it is. Then we have a window for 1-5pm on a Friday .. at 4:20 pm they reschedule to 4-8pm, ok. Then at 7:20pm they cancel and reschedule FOUR DAYS from then. We call and there is nothing the guy can do. He can only state that they need more employees and if a current customer loses service they get priority.
Come four days later the SAME thing happens. THEY RESCHEDULED US 20 (YES TWENTY) DAYS from then! Are you kidding me??? I’ve already gone over two weeks with no WiFi and this area has very poor cellular reception and no way to connect yourself online to do anything. Of course customer service was already closed at that point .
I refuse to give that company one dollar. They are a monopoly. They treat customers like they are unimportant because they know they do not have another option. Please put this company out of business and allow another provider to take over this area. So we will learn to live without wifi and probably change cell phone providers; something. I refuse to continue to be treated like this by a company and then give them my money.
