Although this book does get a bit technical, it perfectly explains the hazzards to our society of private equity running roughshod over the laws and regulations meant to protect our free market economy. Anyone interested in figuring out how to reverse systemic inequality and protect clean capitalism must read this book. In fact, anyone interested in protecting America from an out of control cabal of criminal elites HAS to read this book!
