There isn't much in the way of character development. This mild-mannered bank manager throws his life away after a one-night stand with a deceitful criminal. Too much violence and gore. Dialogue was pretty standard. Not sure the reason the female accomplice was let off light after multiple murders. Californian idea of a good time?
