I found this book to be well written and primarily shares leadership lessons of the time that helped to move Botswana from the second poorest country in the world at independence to a country with an upper middle income economy. Interstingly, Sir Ketumile also shares the lighter moments of his journey as a President of the Republic of Botswana. This book should be read by anoyone who wants to improve his or her leadership. Botswana's story remains one of the most powerful journey of resilience and overcoming challenges, all these themes shares through the lens of Sir Ketumile.
