Anyone other than me ever notice the bonus/reward they give their good employees ALWAYS fall short on the Black employees. No matter the company or boss, black employees always get much less. I have yet over the years saw anyone black even get equal to what anyone else gets even if they work the hardest, they make get better positions with more pay but never at least equal bonus'.
