Overall the visuals are really good. The pacing is a little too fast but it's okay. But the marketing for this movie really messed it up. Went into it thinking we'd see WHY America is in a civil war again, but no it's about journalists trying to get the big scoop on the tyrannical president dying. How this movie can be about modern day America being at war with itself and not have any politics or explanation as to why is mind boggling. I would rate 1 star if the performances and visuals were worse. This is the only movie to keep me up at night thinking about how bad it was though, I've never left a review online for a movie before but this one has bothered me so much to the point where months later I'll leave a negative review of it. Don't even get me started on the wasted opportunity of having Nick Offerman, an incredible actor, playing the tyrannical president. This movie could have been so much more.
