Own all previous MI DVDs! But hate to be one of the few spoil sports rating this one. Loved part 1 of Final Reckoning - Part 2 not so much. Fight scenes far too long and brutal - and too hectic. Action is too overloaded without enough of the previous films surprise and clever mask reveals, which we loved so much. Definitely NOT a fan of killing off Luther! I understand the franchise’s concept of high action scenes, but unlike previous MI, this time the entire movie turned into a non-stop ridiculous and disjointed drag out SCIFI story about some kind of invisible entity trying to kill off all humanity. I can't even figure out how that thing got started. At several points I was ready to walk out – not a SCIFI fan - but was always hoping for something better ahead. The ending left me a bit quizzical, empty and with a raving headache. This will be the only MI I will never buy, nor watch again. And if there is another one – I’m not so inclined to watch it, unless they go back to their roots of finesse, clever disguises, understandable storyline, and maybe only 50% of half-way believable, instead of 80% show-stopping action making my head spin.
