We just had our daughter's 9th birthday here and all I can say is WOW! This place was so much fun. The young ladies running our party were AMAZING! Sydney and Gianna were fantastic. They did way more than kids working at other places. Half the time at parties elsewhere staff look resentful of the fact that they had to wake up put their 'uniform' shirt on and get to work. The place can look overwhelming, but they maintained order from start to finish. Each of the children attending our party was checked in, given a color-coded sticker indicating that they were with our party and shown a wonderful time! These young ladies, Sydney and Gianna kept our party moving seamlessly, safely and together through what looked so chaotic. The kids all had a blast, parents felt free to relax and converse, and the birthday girl left saying that, "This was my best birthday party ever!!" They even made it possible for my girls, a guest and myself to safely enjoy our food despite having celiac/gluten sensitivity! They truly understood our needs and handled our food accordingly. Nobody got sick from cross-contamination! The cost of all (food for kids included and extra, very reasonably priced additional for the adults) were incredibly reasonable. I can't say enough about Bounce! in Syosset!!
