Just about the closest I've seen to a 10/10 in a long long time. If you're a fan of cyberpunk, science fiction or even action in general then I highly recommend you judge this one for yourself
Violence is frequent in this world, but mostly* limited to cybernetics (not quite painless though) more brutal than your average superhero flick but decidedly more emotionally engaging too. - I rank this aspect on the edgier side of a PG-13 rating, and the story benefits from the freedoms that come with it.
Sexual content is minimal, well within the confines of the age rating and once again perfectly matches the storyline.
Language content is also fairly tame for the age rating, with a single F-bomb delivered at the most appropriate moment.
All in all, Alita: Battle Angel is one of very few films that can manage to satisfy mature audiences while holding a fair PG-13 rating.
