The film was absolutely brilliant. It did a great job at telling biggie's story in a way that didn't feel stale, and wasn't just the major events of his life recounted. The story was very well told, and while puffy was portrayed almost too favourably, in general the characters were very well portrayed. Jamal Woodward did a great job as biggie, and did a great job rapping all the songs himself, and although dubbing would have made it sound more like Biggie, the actor doing them himself made it seem more authentic. Overall, it was a great watch and I'd really recommend it for any fan of Biggie or hip hop in general.

I enjoyed the film a lot, and the actor who played Pac not only looked a lot like him, but I think also did a good job playing him, as it's obviously not easy to step into Pac's shoes. However, at times it felt a cinematic version of a wiki article, just focusing on major events rather than having a coherent story line. I would still recommend watching it, but I think it could have been even better.
