I loved this book with all of my heart, but some parts were kinda cringey. (Cough Cough LITTLE NAS X? Cough) All though some of the day to day references were a little meh, and the writing at some parts were a little fan fiction-y, this book made me cry toward the end. It was amazing to see how much Nico and Wills relationship grew, especially toward the middle/end when Nico sees the light in him and Will sees the dark in him. They both learn to meet each other on their level on a common ground, and it was inspirational to see how hard they fought for each other. It gave me hope as a young teen girl that one day I might find someone that will be my Nico Di Angelo to my Will solace, may it be girl or boy, that I can fight for as hard as they did. ❤️
