"Mouse" is an excellent thriller K-Drama. The cast portrayed their characters brilliantly. However, I found some inconsistencies in the way the past and present storylines were woven together. The series also prompted me to ask questions such as: I was moved to tears in the scene where Bong-Yi visits Bae-Rum in prison. Is it acceptable to empathize with a psychopath who has taken many lives? Even if he developed emotions after the brain surgery, does that justify sympathizing with him?
