Almost turned it off when the main detective was texting and driving, almost hitting her fellow officers and their vehicles. It tries to portray her as some tough girl boss but is unironically how police behave in real life, lack intelligence and proper training. Jason Bateman carried this film, unfortunately the people who make these movies don’t realize how unappealing it is to have characters who are incompetent. Also no sniper uses a laser like that, it defeats the whole purpose of being concealed.
