I usually love this series, but was disappointed by the Christmas episode. The Scottish "accents" and sets were a bit dodgy, and NO self-respecting Scot would pronounce "Gaelic" "Gaylic"! It is, of course, pronounced "Gahlic".
To be fair, maybe the fact that I myself am Scottish made me more aware of these slips. Scenery was stunning.
