PHENOMENAL!!!! Honestly might be my new favorite movie!!! The acting was way better than I thought it would be! I love that people who didn’t know much about Bob get to see in a different light in this movie! It’s a must see truly!

Please ignore the 1 star reviews and go watch the movie for yourself. A lot of the 1 star reviews are coming from a place of racism. It was a beautiful movie and it is not dark and gloomy at all. But even if you find it dark, the original is dark looking (because I mean it is at the bottom of the ocean). Halle looked amazing and sounded even better. Her chemistry with Jonah was unreal, it was so natural and effortless. Awkwafina was a nice twist on the original scuttle. Melissa ate her performance as Ursula!!! On top of all that it was beautifully diverse!! Daveed Diggs’ accent needs A LOT of work (coming from a Jamaican), but even that was not terrible. I urge you all to watch the movie to see for yourself. The 1 star reviewers are just upset because Ariel is black. This movie is a reimagined version of a classic, not an exact replica.
