Do not buy this book if you are from Scotland (unless you're interested in English Law). There are 2 references to Scotland, neither more than a few lines and neither of much relevance to the uniqueness of Scottish Law.
This tome is ideally suited to legal pedants from England and Wales; nowhere on the cover does it warn readers of its lack of relevance to Scotland in any of the topics.
I hate being conned and having money removed by sharp practices.
