We purchased a Bosch refrigerator in January 2023. After they delivered and installed it, we noticed that one of the French doors doesn't close properly unless we slam it shut. Had 4 technicians come out and they said that there is nothing that they can do about it. We compared this model to other models with French doors and none had the same issue we have with our model. This is clearly a defective model and Bosch is running away from any responsibility stating that the model is just fine. Never buying a Bosch appliance again and will file a complaint with the BBB. Bosch clearly could care less about the consumer.
