As a huge original mean girls fan and lover of musicals, I will say that this movie was good. It was more modern wish was a nice touch to stay relevant obviously. The only things I will say is that I wish the Karen character played dumb better if that makes sense it looked like she was trying too hard. Her Halloween solo was great! I also don’t know why Cady only had one parent. There were a lot of key things from the original that were missing. The songs were good though. And I wish there was more fashion!!!! The outfits were pretty basic. There was more diversity in the cast, which was great and they actually added a little depth into Gretchen’s character. I never saw the musical before, so I’m not sure how close it was to that. Also, Renee Rapp is a gem definitely The best character besides the original cameos and looks just like the OG, Regina, George! Lastly, if you did not know that this movie was a musical before going to see it you really should pay attention more. There’s literally a musical note in the title poster of the movie!

Good show! Had some loose ends but lots of twists and turns. I enjoyed it.

The best movie I’ve seen in a while! It was beautifully made. I cried a few times! The cast was phenomenal! I plan on seeing it again!

The acting could be better but the message and plot is clear. Good movie!

I only give it two because I like both of the leading actors. But the movie felt very empty and forced. There was so much more than I could’ve been done with it. Lots of aspects felt random and unnecessary.

Such an amazing movie! Visually stunning and the music ?! The voices were just beautiful! True art. Loved every moment of it.

I do not watch reality tv, but I love the concept of this show. I felt super invested very quickly lol!
