Gina Bruno's ability to not effectively communicate with the player base is astounding. Most of the developers only practice common predatory tactics seen in other games to prey on new players such as what's available in the crown store, nerfs that favor new players, etc. The veteran base have been leaving for years, twitch numbers are way down, and content creators have been screaming these issues for years now. With this latest patch as of March 2022, the game is actually unplayable. You can't log in most of the time, if you manage to you'll find several new bugs, activity finder barely works, the lag... oh dear God the lag, there's several pages of new bug issue posts in the forum, and people like Gino get on social media asking "what is communication to you"? Clearly the developers don't care about this game except for your money, they only care to push out be content without fixing already existing bugs, and there's developers with the audacity to call player concerns "just plain stupid" on their live streams. If you're looking for a MMORPG to play, look somewhere else. There's many new ones out that have far less issues, much better graphics, much more fluid gameplay, and definitely a much more attentive staff willing to work with players to provide you with a great experience versus just trying to suck you dry of money every few months. I've played this game for 4 years and I can safely say after this last patch and the way the developers are reacting to the issues... I wish I had those 4 yrs back and spent that money somewhere else. If they can't fix simple lag issues that make this game unplayable and persisted for all 4 years of my gameplay then I don't want to be any part of this money grab. I've cancelled my subscription as I can't even log into the game due to log in screen errors. Why pay for something you can barely play every patch?
