We have watched every season of Shetland and it never disappoints. Suspenseful, well acted and beautifully filmed in a stark and striking location. We generally prefer the British mysteries , like Shetland , for their more cerebral approach to crime solving and less graphic violence. This is one of our favorite British crime series.
