It's unclear why Heather is on this show other than being the boss' love interest. Tarek is obviously way happier in his life with Heather than he was while with Christina. I'm happy for him. Heather comes across as a lovely person, but superfluous to the work of flipping houses. I don't know what she is adding other than real estate pricing knowledge.
