Megan I know your Mom and Dad taught you how to respect your elders. You are showing how insecure and unhappy you are.
Give the other Staff the same respect they give you and allow them to state their opinion.
To the View Producers, if you think allowing this behavior is OK it is not you are losing Viewers. I watch because you have Good Guest but the message is getting loss in Megan's behavior.
