This book is simple, and straight forward. It changed my perspective on nutrition and exercise and helped me transform my life. It improved my health and fitness significantly and changed my physique to a level that I have never reached in my entire life.
Before applying the workouts in the book, I was never been able to do a single pull up, chin up, or a dip, and now I can do 5, 8, and 8 respectively and I’m improving every week. I also lost around 20 kg. I’m a type 1 diabetic, and since I read this book my A1C test has improved significantly.
