A dance of dragons being the 5th book in a song of ice and fire is a step up from a feast for crows but not exceeding the earlier books the povs are more interesting especially jon snow the around halfway the book finally moves the story forward while the first half shows the events of absent characters during a feast for crows just remember if this book and the previous were to be put together like Martin originally planned this book may have been better but i suppose Martin wanted to play it safe my rating is 4 stars for an epic book i cant wait to read THE WINDS OF WINTER ( WHENEVER THAT IS )

The 4th book in a Song of ice and fire is a decent read but so far the slowest book in the series most of the book gives a deep look into the Lannister's and other characters such as Brianne and Samwell and some other side characters unfortunately leaving out Jon, daenerys and Tyrions story this book was a struggle to get through but im glad to have pushed through the reason i rate 3 stars is for the fact that there are some shining moments and the arya povs even though there aren't many really shine

A storm of swords is the 3rd book in a song of ice and fire and I need to say this book is easily the best book so far everything is well written and sets up for things to come near its end 5 stars

A clash of kings is the 2nd book in a song of ice and fire and follows up its predecessor a game of thrones a clash of kings is a lot more slow paced on the story then the previous instalment but the end of the book makes up for the slow story telling. I enjoyed a clash of kings just as much as a game of thrones would recommend

A game of thrones is a great start to the song of ice and fire series the way it tells its story by showing us the pov of a certain character is smart and shows us what's happening all around westros would recommend this book especially if your a fan of the tv show
